At LifeOfDollFace, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 3-5 Business Days orders will be processed and shipped. No Shipping On Holidays.

Returns 
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at TheNotoriousCloset20@gmail.com. Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging—no tags off). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
